Not only does it work for twin, full, queen, or king size, but its oh so easy to assemble and incredibly sturdy. It has a nice center rail, which is not always standard. It came with easy-to-follow instructions, making assembly foolproof. It also attached easily to our headboard. Definitely buy this - it's a great deal and it DOES WORK for your QUEEN size bed.
