I love the massage feature and the adjustable part. Although the massager isn't that intense since it has to go through my memory foam mattress and on the highest setting it rattles and makes a bit of noise. The biggest problem was it didn't fit up my stairs and was so big and expensive I didn't want to just give up and return it. So I did the dumb thing and took it apart, lugged it up the stairs, and put it back together with some difficulty but I'm proud to say I did it and it works great. So don't be afraid to take it apart if you have to people! One thing I must say is that it took weeks to arrive and was well past the date it was supposed to so I slept on the floor for a while waiting for it which was annoying. |
