product just as advertised. i have severe fibromyalgia and osteoporosis, and this bed helps reduce the pain a bit by allowing me to easily change positions. i also love the vibrating head and foot options. better than the "magic fingers" they used to have on motel beds in the '60s. (and you don't have to pay a quarter to get the vibration to commence!) The Pragma king size bed was amazing when I pulled the very thin two peice bed from the box it was delivered in. 1: Unfold. 2: 2 clicks and 3: set it down. That was it! Attaching the 2 frames to make the king size bed was VERY simple. This process took about as much time to make the bed. The frame sits 1.5 inches higher than my old 2x4s we were using. It was placed inside an existing king size head board with side rales and foot board. Fit nicely. It has great space for storage underneath also. The only movement noticed is the sway from head to foot(~1-2 inches) after the mattresses were placed. This product seems very sturdy and does not look like it can fail easily. Great product! Wish I knew about it sooner. Now the 2x4's can be used for the fire!

The bed frame arrived as anticipated and was easily assembled to support the Serta mattresses I had just purchased as a gift for my newlywed daughter and her husband. I bought them Serta Hotel Presidential Suite king size mattresses and, while I was at it, I bought a set for myself! Superb sleeping! I had slept on the mattress at a Florida condo where I stay annually. My daughter did not have a king size bed frame...so I stuck with Serta to assure it would go with the mattress set and would support it! They said they had the best sleep in their lives! So this product exceeded my expectations! Thanks, Serta! Reliable, predictable results!

After an exceptionally lengthy time to be delivered, the frame arrived with the carton damaged and taped haphazardly. Upon opening the frame had a great deal of rust and the paint was scraped off in many places. I had lots of hope for it and was disappointed.

I've only had it for a couple of days so cannot comment on durability but this has been the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. I bought it because of back problems and the past two mornings have been able to get out of bed without walking around like a hunch-back until all the kinks get worked out. The foundation is very lightweight but works really well with the memory foam mattress I already had. I'm hoping that the motor is a durable one but only time will tell. Amazon had this for the least amount of money than any other site I looked at so it was a great value; and you can't beat the free shipping on this heavy item. Definitely need 2 people to put this together, the motor/frame is heavy but it only took two of us to assemble and it was done in less than a half hour. The assembly DVD is included but since it has a total of 8 bolts hold the whole thing together you can't really screw it up. So far I'm loving it.

Best buy I've made in a long time. The adjustable bed frame is a comfort dream come true. Luckily I was home to help the UPS delivery carry the boxes to my door, this is absolutely a two person task (about 90 lbs each). Getting the boxes into the house was the hardest part. Once inside and unpackaged there were just 8 bolts to intsall. The bed frame was completely assembled and ready for relaxing within 20 minutes. Great price. Thank-you Amazon.
