Ordered the frame and came in good time. Looks sturdy and sets up easily. Problem is had missing part. Box was fine no damage the parts were in sealed plastic sacks. But someone packaging the product doesn't know how to count to 4. Got 2 slides, 4 rollers but only 3 plastic sockets that the roller fits into. Went to their web site and E-mailed customer contact but no reply. Tried 2nd attempt but no reply. Still have not heard from them. So if you order this item hope to get all the parts.
