Recently, I helped my dad get this frame for his queen mattress/ box spring set. Unfortunately, the original shipment was missing the parts list plus the four plastic inserts which connect the rollers/ frame feet to the frame. Since the Candy Factory (where the frame ships from) is a third-party, we were unable to communicate directly with them. However, as soon as the Company's personnel noticed my original 3-star rating (due to the missing pieces), they were quick to notify me that they were immediately shipping the missing parts to my dad, which he received within a week! (We had decided to "make it work" w/o the missing parts if need be, since it was too inconvenient for us to send such a bulky item back for replacement.)
